To anyone who is familiar with Water Fasting I need your advice please. I originally started doing The Master Cleanse on July 18th 2010 and after a few days just felt it wasn't for me because I just felt sick to my stomach from all that stuff I had to take. I started reading up on doing a Water Fast and so I transitioned from the Master-Cleanse to a Water Fast on July 26th. I noticed that I am always extremely nauseous and have the most nastiest taste in my mouth. I think that's what's making me sooo nauseous, the way my mouth tastes and feels. I brush at least 6 times a day, scrape my tongue, and use mouthwash. I can't get rid of this God awful taste in my mouth..and feeling nauseous all the time, I just can't do anything :( Going out and enjoying the weather or just hanging out with family just seems so hard to do because I can't enjoy it. I smell everyone's Body Odor , not that they smell bad .. well to me they do because of my enhanced super sonic smelling, all I smell is the food they just ate and garlic and onions and spices and I just feel like puking all the time. Is this normal?? I've tried to research as much as possible if anyone else is going through this but I just can't find anything, I just want to feel better and know that this is normal. I don't want to stop the fast, I want to do it for about 30 days. I also noticed that I keep getting these painful leg cramps, you know what woke me up the other morning..a very painful charlie-horse my left calf :( Lack of potassium? I also noticed like a rapid heartbeat type of thing, like if I try to do some light housework, I'll experience that and it does feel uncomfortable. Is that normal?
I'm drinking only distilled water. I'm female age 25. I would really appreciate any input anyone can give me and thank you in advance for your time. God bless.
