yes im only drinking water nothing else no gum nothing with Sugar but the forcing water part im not so sure of because i drink till my stomach is full with water and when im done its usually around 1 liter i drink a few gulps each hour i wouldn't really say forcing today i barely drank any water im just not really that thirsty
