Only people with candida overgrowth experience yeast die-off in the form of yeast infections, (or athlete's foot or jock itch) during the HUMAWORM cleanse.

If you have the need to clear out more yeast than HUMAWORM can handle - then yes, go ahead and take your anti-fungals after HUMAWORM.

It might be so minor that you will not need anything else - just see aftet the cleanse and go with your instinct.
