Dear Humaworm,

I know you say get rid of the flukes. I am on the Humaworm right now. They hang out under my ribs and are so hard to get. Sylvia said it was ok to take DE so I have been at night. I am having such a struggle. I cant not eat to do the liver cleanse because they bite and send out the toxins. What do you suggest? What else can I do for my poor ol liver besides milk thistle and castor oil packs a couple times a week? These flukes are really horrible. I havent had a good nights sleep in 4 months. Please what do you suggest? Sorry for all the complaining, but I am desperate at this point. Really need help. Do you think drugs might give me a better chance? Sorry about saying that I am really not a drug person, but I need some relief. I even tried eating coconut to help kill em and they punished me terribly after that. My thyroid is bouncing around and I am coughing at times. I have so much fear. Sorry I sound like such a weiner. I am just plain scared. Can you help me?
