hello..

its been 3 weeks since i've done a Liver Flush and i'm preparing to do one this weekend

after taking the first dose of Epsom Salts , i became so nauseous that i couldn't even take the second dose.. so i ended up just taking a third of that mixture and throwing the rest away.. i continued to feel extremely nauseous even through my oil and grapefruit juice mixture that i couldn't down THAT either.. maybe half of it

and i failed to get many stones

is there another alternative or maybe i should decrease the amount i take.. i have a small frame i'm only 5'3'' and 115 pounds (if that matters)
