Whatever you do..stay away from mercury fillings. White is the better choice. Have you looked into a "Holistic" dentist and getting a second opinion? They're hard to find.. have to do some Googling.

Cavities are typically all the same routine.they drill out basically the whole middle of the tooth and fill it. Eventually the cavity falls out and they refill it years later.
On the other hand if you leave them..they can just get bigger and eventually rot the tooth. It doesn't happen too quickly though.
Lose-Lose situation.
