Sunshine you are funny. One thing that I know about the cleanse is that you have to follow it exactly or you could run into trouble. Exactly. I really like the lemon aid sometime I have it with ice cubes, but I like it warm too. What do you not like about the taste? Are you putting too much cayanne pepper in? Well, Pepe set me strieght regarding my needing an attitude adjustment. Keep me up to date on your progress. I/we am/are on day 9. Will likely go to 16-20 ish days. Its worth it. It has been easy for me SO FAR. I only get a little hungary when I see food. A water cleanse sounds dangerous to me. Ask Pepe about the water cleanse? I just think you need energy or it will be dangerous to drive and stuff!
