Well I tried drinking hot water for the acid reflux, it does work instantly, but doesn't last very long a few hours at most. Still had a bit of stomach pain for a while though. Also I have been trying to spit instead of swallow my saliva. It's gross and very very foamy, and firm. I doesn't slide at all and of course it stinks. I don't have much to say I have been so tired all day, and very very highly annoyed. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
