Really I don't think tingling in fingers is anything to be worried about. Fasting lowers your blood pressure dramatically so you're probably more likely to experience temporary circulatory issues - but as long as your fingers aren't turning blue they're getting oxygen and are fine.

I had a strange eye distortion on the 7th day of my fast where I had intermittent visual misalignments. It never happened to me before, stopped happening after a few hours, and never happened again.
