I learned the hard way that we can't cleanse "when our livers are clogged". You are so right.

A few years ago I tried the foot patches that supposedly remove bad things like heavy metal minerals, etc. (I wasn't looking for these things, someone just told me about them.) After about 2 weeks, I started to feel just wonderful. Like a 5-year old happy child playing in the sun with friends and just feeling so good. Body, mind & soul.

I then ran out of the patches and several days later, felt worse than I have felt in probably 30 years. My diagnosis now is that the poisonous substances were piling up to the point where my admittedly clogged liver couldn't handle them. It took more than a week for me to get back on an even, though imperfect, keel.

Isn't life fun! Trying to figure it out while you're going thru it!
