You are right. I did take Culturelle a few years ago. It gave me severe vomiting and diarrhoea. I was scared and stopped taking it any more. Actually, it was just the die off of Candida. It is the best clinically researched product and best seller of iHerb. It is in the protocol of Dr. Andrew Weil for healing leaky gut.

I should resume taking it for healing my leaky gut.
