Black pudding (sausage, sl. Krupniok) - sausage with grits and blood and offal: liver, lungs, pork skin, fat. Basic condiments include: onion, pepper, marjoram.

Sausage at home is generated mainly on the occasion of topless when fresh blood is available.

Offal is the color czarnofioletowego (from blood and barley), are usually cover from the gut. Depending on the region and producer are thicker or thinner. Krupniok usually has a typical shape of a sausage up to 5 cm.
