ha-ha~~actually, the ONLY jobs being
generated by that recovery money WAS
the manufacturing of those SIGNS~!

Its just window-dressing, so-to-speak,
for the rest of the economic recovery.
There is a trend continuing however
to lease public lands to foreign
countries who then hire workers to
slap up toll booths...well, you
can imagine THAT picture...
