T Crassiceps is one I have been scared to attempt due to the fact that I know I have alot of Hg. Have had Hashimotos for 20+ years and already take looooooooooots of ala.

After re reading the T Crass. scriipt it almost talks you out of trying it with the percentages of organ function...

Any suggestions other than wait for doctrine while running pineal as I have been doing???!!?!?
