I haven't tried Glycine yet but I've been reading about it all morning. I read that Glycine is really calming and that it can also break up latic acid build-up and help with many things including Schizophrenia. If you think this will work the best I will try it.

Glycine also helps with healing tissues as it is an easily absorbed component of collagen and elastin.  So it has a lot of benefits for the body, and it is calming since it is a neurotransmitter inhibitor.  I think it is definitley worth a try.

I tried Vinpocetine an extract from the Periwinkle plant for brain fog/clearer thinking but didn't have much success, I guess I've been through so many different supplements for these kinds of things I've lost some faith in their abilities and have become a little pessimistic. But again I'm willing to try Glycine if you think it can relax me mentally from my "weakened Adrenal body" as I like to call it.

I have never used vinpocetine.  It is so expensive that manufacturers only use a tiny amount of it, usually 5mg.  I really prefer the herb periwinkle.

Would Glycine be something you also recommend for anger. It seems like I get too mad or too frustrated way too easily. The anger and/or frustration doesn't seem normal, is way overboard and usually doesn't fit the situation. I wasn't an angry person when I was younger but at the same time I didn't feel this way physically then either.

I always thought the anger/frustration was from my Adrenals or possibly what my Hypo-thyroid has done to my liver, years of sleep apnea or maybe I'm just addicted to the Adrenaline rush of getting upset. Doesn't anger and frustration happen a lot with people who have Adrenal Fatigue?

Yes, this is because during stressful situations our adrenals should release an anti-stress hormone to keep up on an even keel.  When  the adrenals don't respond properly people over react to stressful situations due to the lack of release of the adrenal's anti-stress hormone.  As the adrenals are built back up you will find that you will find stressful situations less stressful.
