Do you think there are a lot of people who are HIV+ who really don't have the HIV ??
Exactly. This is explained in detail in the posts from the above links. The biggest issue with antibody testing is serological cross reactivity. Although viral exposure with the immune system successfully fighting it off also generates antibodies. So a positive antibody test does not mean the person is infected.
