What have you done to try and improve?

As I mentioned on another thread I'm back in to a corner diet wise. I can handle raw eggs, butter and oils and that's about it. I can't even handle flesh meats anymore in any quantity.

I started on a high dose probiotic a week ago which has helped, but haven't done much else.
