Probably lots of people would like to help, but it is really difficult to try to help via guesswork over the internet and virtually none of us here are medical professionals.

You have some good items on your list, though if it were me I would have absolutely included oleader supplementation and a quality colloidal silver.  I also note that a couple of items you have recently increased seem to coincide with the onset of symtoms.  They may have little or nothing to do with the seizures, but could have plenty to do with the diarrhea, belching and odor.

If it were me, I would cut back on the recent increases and see if that helped with the diarrhea, etc.  And then I would begin taking the oleander and colloidal silver and slowly build up the oleander doseage (it too can cause diarrhea in some people, so you may have to build up slowly as it becomes tolerated).
