are you still taking ashwagandha? did you find anything else to help!

i started taking it a week ago and my anxiety has reduced. also i am gaining muscle strength and energy!

however i am having the same problems as you. my hair has started to fall out. i am afraid to continue to use it! it is such a shame because it had some wondeful positive effects.

i have borderline thyroid problems with goitre, although the doctors have given me conflicting diagnoses of hypo and hyper!
