Hello i was playin soccer about 3 years ago when i hurt my knee. I was strecthin for the ball with my weaker leg and got it stuck between somone else leg. it felt like that leg did the splits. it was really painfull and i couldnt walk for a few days.

i had mri scan and it showed acl damage. i been having pysio but im still having some problems

it dont happen much but when i turn it feels a pain but then it goes after 2mins and i can play again

Im still usen a knee support. and i dont feel like im running propley. do you think it may be the joints
