I've been thinking about supplementing with Iodoral but I'm hesitating because of all the conflicting reports. It's something I haven't made up my mind about.

I know that before the invention of anti-fungals like nystatin, doctors only used Iodine. There is no better anti-fungal than Iodine. Maybe the body depletes itself of Iodine because all the Iodine is used to fight of the candida?

Wonderful to read it made such a great improvement in your battle Cora! Never heard of IP6, but after googling it, found that it's an extract of rice bran. It's basicallly phytic acid, am I right?
