Thanks I will give it a try. I was also wanting to know if there is a bad time to harvest your ut. I do it through out the day and don't seem to have an side effects. I use manuka honey to help get rid of my heartburn, and it works pretty well. About 2 months now, and I no longer wake up with the severe stomach pain that I used to get when I was taking the prevacid. So at this point I am feeling pretty good and will keep at it.......thanks for the help ........two-dogs
