Excellent information as always, James.
Thanks.
The thing is, for folks like me who know something about natural therapies and supplements and such, but not as much as you or some others, it's difficult to know what supplements are synthetic and what are not. So it's a hit and miss thing.
How about a list of the best NATURAL NON SYNTHETIC supplements from A to Z for us minimally educated peeps!? Or a source for getting that information? I know you provide a LOT of it and I've been doing my best to copy it all and keep it but with the brain fog, it's an ongoing chore. I keep 'forgetting' what I learn! ACH!
With vitamins the easiest way to tell is to look at the label. If it lists the scientific name, such as ascorbic acid or pantothenic acid, and milligrams it is a synthetic. They cannot measure the amount of these nutrients in every herbs in a supplement. So the milligrams of a particular vitamin is not listed from natural sources.
