 My body is in such a weakened 'Adrenal' state that it causes me to feel feverish, have headaches, brain fog, etc. My mind can't slow down because the body is in a "state of emergency" and has been for a while. I was hoping Hv had some recommendations for the mental part of all this

I think I mentioned glycine to you previously as a calming neurotransmitter inhibitor.  Have you tried this?
