I completely sympathise with you and recognise this pattern. I have to keep adjusting my supplements, almost daily some adjustment because energy rises enough to detox some more or thyroid gets cross or adrenals get cross or liver wants more or less . . .

I envy anyone whose path is straight and clear (as it seems to me to be the case on this board particularly but maybe I'm mistaken), but am very grateful for the progress I have made because I read of others on other boards who are finding it difficult to see a path in the undergrowth.
