Interesting, I bet this could do me wonders. I don't breathe really well or fully I should say. Just wanted to ask since I got you here. What do you think about drinking Celtic Sea Salt in a glass of water a couple of times a day? Do you think this really helps with Adrenal Fatigue? I seem to feel better when I do it. I had read that the Adrenals need salt.
