I've taken Sustenex a few times. It appears to be similar to Culturelle but I haven't gotten anywhere near being cured of leaky gut. Does anyone know the difference? Here is the description for the bacteria in Sustenex:

When I take Sustenex I open the capsules and pour the contents into yogurt because the capsules contain titanium dioxide.
