Perhaps you could explain (in detail) why I am in the very best of health with abundant energy, an ideal BMI, and with no deficiencies on a mainly vegan/vegetarian diet of 30 years standing?

I am also not going to force my way of eating onto anyone, but your above comment smacks of dogma and prejudiced dogma at that.
Magnanimity would probably be a more appropriate way of posting.
