You are one of those that needs to be on SCD for a few meeks to get intestinal repair done.

BTW. lots think they are doing SCD but don't ferement their yogurt properly...

EDIT
One more thing, Honey isn't SCD legal until dowsed clear of Sugar and crap or frozen. If you freeze it and see crystals its loaded with sugar...
