is what I also get
I just took 7 drops of Blue Vervain
supposed to take more in about 50 min

is that enough to do anything???

I found some posts where NP says a few drops is enough to kill a lot of them when they wake up, so maybe it is....

I am also testing for Malt for the brain fog and I don't have any on hand, I have been avoiding getting it because I am so Sugar sensitive: weak muscles and burning anus, so I have always attributed to candida....
