I looked at the Garden of Life detox - the first step contains herbs which trap toxins apparently in the bile which has been released into the intestine, the 2nd step contains natural fiber which adsorbs the toxins, the 3rd step contains several cleansing herbs and 600 mg magnesium which causes a mild purge - to clean out the gut. Unless you take more magnesiom the loose stools should stop.
