Okay. I've always used Wikipedia a virtual encyclopedia until now. I've always felt so drained when my fat reserves run out and recognized urine changing from dark to clear that I was convinced it was time to end a fast.
I had posed a question to you of light exercise during a fast, but found you were away. I searched previous post and found the consensus not in favor of exercise during a fast.
I suppose there is no alternative to accelerate weight loss.
