Yeah it seems to progress things, healings, knowledge, and subtle experience also. Especially when our system is listened too, respected and acted upon accordingly, as you share in your note.

Your experience is similar to what has been shared here previously, about how UT positivly, exponentially, progress' a fasting expereince and also lessens the suffering often encountered when compared to fasting conventionally.

Of course you have probably been heading towards more conscious eating already but its pretty obvious this particular therapy is helping you figure it out quicker.

Another great note for the uninitiated to consider.
