CUCADO - RAW SOUP
1 large cucumber. Peel and scrape the seeds out
1 Hass avocado
Juice of one lime
Fresh or dried dill
1 tablespoon of Virgin Olive oil
Dash of Celtic Sea Salt
Put ingredients in food processor or blender and blend to desired consistency.

Easy way to get the seed out it to give it a whack with your knife then twist and lift out
Cool tool. Scoops and slices avocado flesh.
