I am not do a complete Master Cleanse but more a subtle version of lemon 2 times day, 3 capsules cayenne pepper.

Just a question I cant find this anywhere but since adding cayenne pepper pills I have been getting headaches?? I have no idea why aren't they supposed to cure headaches. I know its the cayenne cause I have been taking lemon water for 2 months now daily. Also they cayenne bloats me bad and kinda burns my tummy? Any suggestions?
