I didn't really mean to flush with the ice cream but had a strong craving for it (I never eat it so I went with the craving). That flush I started in the morning (took first mag citrate dose around 7:00 a.m.) and ate the ice cream sometime after 3:00 p.m. Yes, this was my best flush ever.
