Congratulations on ditching the antidepressant!!  GOOD FOR YOU!!!  And that's great about making headway with your mom :)

Hardcore? or "quite extreme"?  That's certainly subjective! lol  To a typical ND or MD?  Likely.  To what natural healers did throughout history? Hardly.  Your protocol sounds pretty typical of what we utilize around here (other than the daily liver flushes w/ES and 4 CE's daily), and the extreme imbalance of not supporting your kidneys throughout your protocol.

Dr. Schulze utilized daily liver flushes 'when necessary' - and of course Gerson utilized 4-5 CE's daily.  However I do feel it's extreme to be doing them both together daily for any length of time.  If you're hearing your 'doctor within' say this is what you need, just be SURE that the message you're getting is being filtered through knowledge & logic.  It is SO easy to misinterpret what we think we're hearing when we don't really know what it all means (I'm not saying that's what you're doing, I'm just saying we must be very careful)

Regarding this:

I rest for one hour, and follow with a super strong coffee enema with 2 added Tbsps of Espom Salts (I know, I know, but I need it badly) because I ALWAYS get a stone stuck on the way (Despite the 7 grams or so of malic acid a day...).

Actually, if you had ever had a stone "stuck", you would have called an ambulance immediately and been taken to the Emergency Room - because you wouldn't have been able to withstand the pain.  Nobody "needs" Epsom Salts to do a successful liver flush (please read through the information I've pasted below), although it does relax the bile duct slightly.  It's your body (of course), do whatever you want with it, but two tablespoons of ES daily does have the potential to cause harm.  As I mentioned before, when our livers are compromised, are kidneys have been overworked harshly - and since the kidneys are the only organ that removed ES, this worsens the burden (and increases the likelihood of hypermagenesimia).  Truly, you NEED to give your kidneys some support whilst working on your liver especially  if you're going to continue taking ES.

'Sounds like you had an AWESOME breathrough with your liver & the parasites.  GOOD FOR YOU!  Be sure to use some type of parasite herbs mixed into at least 3 of your 5 daily doses of IF#2 - there's no way to get to parasites that hide and buy deeply in the mucoid plaque if you don't get the parasite herbs IN where they hide.

You said >>>My doctor within says me to unclog this liver and then everything will follow.<<<<  But the absolutely physiological truth is that ALL systems of the body are dependent upon each other, and by leaving out the kidney cleansing and support - everything else might follow, but it's going to be a much longer & rougher journey.

You're doing great things - but you need to get it balanced!  Keep up the good work!!!

Is there any potential for harm in ingesting Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate)? Yes.  (I've always wanted to compile this information, so now is a great time to do it and 'get it in print'):

--Because magnesium is removed from the body solely by the kidneys, if the kidneys are compromised in any way*** some level of hypermagnesemia (too much magnesium) is possible (it's actually possible with NO "kidney compromise, if the amount ingestest is high, as it can be with some liver flushes).  Hypermagnesemia is an electrolyte imbalance of abnormally high levels of magnesium - symptoms are weakness, nausea, diaphoresis (sweating), facial flushing, hypotension (low blood pressure), impaired breathing, depressed reflexes, hypothermia (lowered body temperature), vomiting, hypocalcemia (too little calcium) which can cause reduced heart rate, cardiac arrhythmia, or at it's total extreme, asystole (flat-lining, no heartbeat).

***Who has "kidney compromise" at varying levels? - it is typically reported by allopathic medicine science:
--blood flow through the kidneys decreases by 10% per decade after age 30
--by age 75, the kidneys weigh 10-25% less than when we were young
--by age 80, the kidneys' ability to filter waste has decreased by 50%

So, that means unless we've done a thorough kidney cleanse & regular maintenance cleansing (as well as "full body upkeep"), and we're under 30 and in great health, we all have some level of kidney compromise. So we're all going to experience some level of hypomagnesemia when taking Epsom Salts (or any other magnesium supplement).

These symptoms will disappear based on 'how much was taken' and the kidneys ability to remove the magnesium and rebalance the electrolytes.

Epsom Salts definitely contributes to the nausea many people experience when liver flushing - and there are hundreds of adverse-effect reports on the Liver Flush forum.  There are many of people blacking out and/or losing consciousness.

Personally, if I do a standard "Hulda Clark" flush (using 4 Tablespoons of ES over two days), it takes me at least two days to fully recover.  After the first tablespoon I develop slight dizziness, light-headedness, become clumsy and find it difficult to focus mentally - after two tablespoons I am definitely "impaired" (I wouldn't even consider driving and find it very taxing to type).

From the site ehealthme.com (premium membership is required for this in-depth level of searching) - below is a compilation from the actual adverse reports made to the FDA regarding Epsom Salts. Since very few layman have any idea that one can & should file an 'adverse effect report' to the FDA, the vast majority of these were reported by medical professionals (these could also include IVs).  The FDA officially states that only 1 in 100 adverse effects are ever reported - so you can multiply the numbers below by 100 to get a relatively accurate picture:

On Jul, 19, 2010: 6,642 people who reported to have side effects when using Magnesium Sulfate are studied

'Sound like the side-effects of a pharmaceutical drug? Yes it does. Minerals isolated away from their natural phytochemicals and co-factors are NOT natural to the body; ingested in 'therapeutic amounts' they ALWAYS cause some level of stress or imbalance (which is virtually impossible to do with natural food).

Those that are allopathically trained and then 'see the light' (Dr. Hays, Dr. Gerson, etc) - have a propensity for using these substances and thinking of them as "natural". It is for this reason, I haven't included Gerson's handful of unnatural supplements when I combined the protocols. I have no idea what Barefoot's reasoning is for recommending the use of Epsom Salts when he claims his teachings are "natural cures"

Other issues with Epsom Salts:

Because they pull water from the bloodstream and into the intestinal tract:
--this further imbalances electrolytes
--it causes dehydration
--it causes diarrhea, which furthers dehydration.
--if the intestinal tract is compromised, this harsh diarrhea can worsen the compromise.

First physician, do no harm.

Of course, this doesn't mean that one cannot (or should not) use ES for liver flushing, but I always recommend care & caution (it's a very good idea to do a 'trial test run' with a smaller amount before liver flushing).  Dr. Schulze (and many others) flushed thousands of livers safely without the use of ES...although it's important to "prep the liver" adequately for flushing when doing this (see this post: Big liver flush every two weeks, no prepping...OR  and my recommended flush protocol here which combines Schulzes 5 day cleanse as a foundation prep for a liver flush, along with coffee enemas in place of ES: [FAQ] Healing Cleanse: Liver/Gallbladder: Working File Thread ).

Of course, if one is 'in crisis' and/or experiencing gallbladder/biliary attacks (and is at risk of having their gallbladder carved out, or is extremely symptomatic), then taking time to "prep" may not be an option.  In that case, proceed with care & caution - always remembering to FIRST, do NO HARM! :)
