I would imagine MANY are glued to those cam images. If there was a diver, I'm pretty sure it would have been spotted by quite a few people.
I'm not ridiculing you, I'm simply questioning what you saw or thought you saw. I also know that curezone isnt the only place where people are discussing the spill. If there was a diver down there, images and sites would be popping up everywhere.
Whats wrong with plastic cable ties? Makes sense in water to use plastic cable ties. They dont rust.
