Dear dr lam,if a person was going to start changing there sleep and wake patterns due to working different hours,how long does it usually take to for the body to adjust to it..

I have started working different hours now and i am thinking of ordering a cortisol saliva test,but i dont abnormal reading.

how long should i wait till doing another test?
