OK. That makes me feel better. Thanks for responding so quickly.
I had read that you have ups and downs while fasting. I just never imagined it would be so dramatic. I would really hate to end it now. My skin has never looked better, the bloated look I've had for the past year is starting to diminish and my mood is more even keeled. Maybe I just need to increase my water intake until this is over.
