No you don't care that's why you put up nonsense to put fear in those who seek health. Shelton has mentioned and recorded that even the most thin people could fast up to 20 day's. And here you come telling us, based on 1 author that's not possible.

It might work for those with a weak mind. But most people on this Water Fasting forum are not only into health, but changing life and inner self, and apparently you are not part of that.
