I felt/feel very like you, butterflygirl. The information on this website has been hugely helpful, but at the same time I feel like it's too much. Every time I read something I would doubt my "plan of attack" even if I'd only been on it for a few days- and then I would switch and change again. I say stick with what you're doing for a while. Maybe take a break from these forums. Eat well, rest well, exercise or stretch if you are able to. It can be a relief to read experiences of others going through what you are going through, but reading experiences of those who have suffered for years and are trying more and more extreme or simply varied treatment methods is not particularly helpful for those of us who have only been seeing symptoms for months. There must be many people who have got better without curezone, simply taking antifungals and probiotics and watching their diets. I say keep it simple at first and try not to worry too much (something I know that is hard to do!). Also, as the above poster said; listen to your body. Some tolerate what others don't.
Good luck!
