have no fear man :) I dont know what they are called but you dont have herpes ... I have exactly the same thing ... they are harmless ... they dont grow ... they dont go away ... they just stay there ... the blood vessels expand and form those things, if you were to pop one it will slowly keep bleeding then heal and fill with blood again ... BUT let me know if there is a way to get rid of them :)
