Hi and thanks for your reply,

the main reason I am trying to de-yeast myself is because I have been depressed and tired. It seems tough to know that I could potentially be feeling depressed and tired too whilst killing the yeast for up to 6 months!!

I agree with the idea of listening to my body and following what it instinctively takes me towards.

There's something around trusting myself and my body that's linked to overcoming yeast infection - it's all connected somehow I'm sure and that candida is a physical symbol of something emotional that needs to be resolved.

I wish all candida sufferers peace, strength and hope.
