I use altoid or cough drops. Thank you Invincible I never knew about the ginger.
Of course since I am kind of against using any supplements I don't always pay attention to certain helpful things.
I was just reading in Andreas book about vitamin use. It makes you think twice about supplementing. These books are so great, even if you don't agree with everything, it opens your eyes to a different way of thinking and make your own decisions.
