I have been practicing internal UT consistently for 6 weeks now, once each morning. However, I've noticed that if I don't chase it down with water within a few minutes, my throat begins to feel slightly sore and irritated. Has anyone else had this experience? Is this indicating that the urine is too caustic to leave unflushed in one's mouth and throat?
