I had the "Reconnection" done in 2 sessions, about 6 months ago. I know it has done something for me but it is hard to tell exactly what. The biggest things I have noticed:

* I can definitely feel the energy in my body more than before

* I am more emotional - or, more accurately, when I have an emotional reaction to something it feels much stronger.

* I am generally happier, more content, and relaxed.

I am curious what it has done for others.
