Why do you want to take them. There have been times that people talked about it, I always got the impression that it was a good product. We had an Ask Shelley forum and she always suggested a lot of supplements.You can check her archived forum and I think she has now her own website.
My object is not to take supplements, but mainly do cleaning and TRY to eat right.
This more or less are the views of Ask Andreas Moritz Forum , and I prefer to follow that.
