If a body is strong, you can do both together. If the body is weak, adrenal should be the primary focus. Bear in mind there are many many ways of metal detox and it is an art and not a strict science. you can use simple things such as chorella or strong meds to get rid of mercury. This has to seriously considered. The more advance the weakness, the less the reserve or capacity for error. Talk to your doc and make sure you are aware of the up and down side before proceeding.
