Sorry I didn't get back to you right away. I went to stay with a friend for a while and didn't have computer access.

I thought a lot about our conversation and even tried creating a little ceremony eating very slowly and really enjoying every bite. What you had said about the three elements of eating :" timing, content and manner" really struck a chord with me.
